C1 – Short Staff Training

Promoting inclusive strategies for disadvantaged seniors

Venue: Emphasys Centre (Nicosia, Cyprus)

Short Description:  The Short-term Joint Staff Training of the “Seniors Go Digital” project was organised between the 4th and the 6th of December 2018 in Nicosia, Cyprus.

All partners were really excited to revise the various modules prepared which will support adult educators and learners to upgrade their digital competences.

All Modules – Information and Data Literacy, Communication and Collaboration, Digital Content Creation, Safety and Problem Solving – were analysed and modified to target the needs of seniors in each partner country.

The consortium finalised the learning modules, and the eLearning Material to be uploaded on the eLearning platform –  (www.seniorsgodigital.iit.demokritos.gr) designed especially for the needs of the project.

The developer of the platform presented its functionalities and use which will be required during the training to be organised for senior citizens.
