Short Description:In parallel with the final meeting, the C2 activities (Blended Mobility of Adult Learners) were taking place in Athens between the 19th and the 21st of February 2020. Two adults and two young people from each partner organisation had the opportunity to participate in this blended mobility, where an intensive training has been organized.
The main activities of C2 were the following:
- An intensive digital programme for seniors to expand their skills, compare experiences and share views and ideas.
- Visits to organisations such as the NCSR Demorkitos, the Acropolis museum, etc.
- Participation at the International Conference.
On Monday the 18th of February, the participants had the opportunity to introduce themselves and get to know each other better.
On the first day the training (Tuesday), the modules ‘Information and Data Literacy’ and ‘Communication and Collaboration’ were covered, by Anders Danielsson Lans on behalf of HEA and Georgi Migdin on behalf of EUNI Partners.
On the second day of the training the module ‘Digital Content Creation’ was covered by the IT Expert of ACLI organisation, Luca Rimondi. The participants were prepared for the International conference which took place at NCSR Demokritos premises, where they presented their experience and their digital PROFILES and shared their views about the Digital Active Aging Programme pilot tested.
On the third day, the module Safety was covered, presented by the director of Emphasys Centre Athos Charalambides and a visit to Acropolis museum was organized by the hosting organisation.
The feedback and interest shown by all participants was very encouraging for the consortium. Apart from the knowledge obtained, the friendship built between everyone was amazing!
